I Bought a bedroom suite bottom of Chester drawer falling out called them in January said they would fix it here it is in September called back they said warranty was out when I bought it I payed extra for a five year warranty they said call the warranty number I called them and they sent me a Chester drawer but delivery driver said I probably don’t want it because it’s scratched all up gave around 7000 for the set it’s made cheap

Exactly right, go to Service Desk. Just the usual personal info. You will have your credit checked during application. I paid half my bill & financed rest. That might help if you need to....
They have kiosk in store that does it. That is what I did when i had decided to buy my bed from them. Great people! Stop in. Its worth it.
