Property manager literally make up his own office hours. It can literally be the middle of the afternoon during the week and he has a closed sign up!!! And absolutely no remorse for the inconvenience this causes!!!

First of all I've stayed in quite a few intown suites in my years of travel. And as you know the character that people possess in both their being nice and their effort to do a good job stands out as much for more than the quality of the room. Well in this case you have an unbelievable human being named Carter who works the front desk and runs the place on certain days. Carter needs to be elected for the biggest human heart in the world his character and his efforts stand out more than you could imagine at the deepest darkest hour Carter's heart stands out amongst everything else. There's only one reason for that because the genuine carring loving human being that he is. This is a great location with great rooms very quiet but without question if you ever needed help ever had an issue there's only one person that could care the way Carter cares and that is him and for that he should be voted front office person of the world from my experience and I've traveled lots of places that's how I'm in the top 10% of Google reads in the country Carter you're an awesome person keep your head high

Great room but not pet friendly anymore bummer.Friendly staff. Very quite no loitering around by anyone. I feel very safe staying here.

Very rude and nasty, roaches are everywhere, linen was NOT clean, no clean towels, Hanna was very very very disrespectful. They ask me to pay more for the same kind of room after asking for a better room. People outside my room yelling and screaming at all times of the night, people fighting, I complained and nothing was done. When I left to the store I came back and my things were thrown out for no reason. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALLLLL!!!!! I give it NO STARS
