I'm giving 2 stars b/c the location is great & customer service was good. The room itself was clean. The bathroom sink & toilet were clean. The tub was dated & dirty. I bought my own cleaning supplies so I was able to clean it. I saw roaches in the room & checked out that day. Luckily they were dead b/c I bought bug spray. I do not recommend this hotel unless it's a last resort.

Clean rooms, decent location, decent prices for the spot where it's located, awesome staff!!! Hassle free & stress free check in & they love pets!!! I could live here!! The people that stay here all seem cool, and I also love the comfy beds & kitchens in my room. 😊 My favorite hotel in Pineville!

This hotel here is the cleanest extended stay I’ve EVER seen. The managers and employees pride themselves on great customer service and ensuring that every guest has what they need. They work with you and can become family(if you’re not careful) this extended stay has really changed my point of view on the franchise in general, but I can only speak on the one i stay at. When you come around ask for my girl tajanae and she will surely take care of you.

Entire staff is amazing - they helped us so much. David Martinez the Manager is amazing. Great, comfortable people who genuinely care. Love it!
