Staff at the facility has always been good but making appts is challenge. I just left a message and got a call back and the representative was very rude, trying to rush me to give her info from the Dr's script as if I am a doctor. When I got mad at her she hung up on me. No common courtesy or customer service.

They insist on my remembering every operation and the dates. My doctor has all the info and I have been here before. I answered all the questions in past visits and now I am required to give all info again. Can't they keep info in the computer. My back surgery was 3 decades ago. What month and year? Because of this I brought in a complete list of all my data. I had to transcribe to their iPad. I am here for a scan prescribed by a doctor. Major important issues have already been addressed.
