Yes. I have one! There are two nice public dog parks very near Rossmoor too.

You must be 55 and over for the 1st resident and 48 for the 2nd resident. There is no getting around that. It is a pet friendly community.

The rent goes from $1350 for an upstairs original (no upgrades) 1200 square feet condo to $1800. Upgraded newer bathrooms and kitchen 1500 square feet ranch style unit. It's a beautiful Community with a lot of amenities
