Pitiful. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because the actual food was delicious. I ordered catering for my wedding 2 weeks in advance. The girl who answered the phone was absolutely clueless and had no idea what she was doing. She asked for help multiple times. I wanted to pay at that time and I was told “oh.. I mean I could but I don’t want to lose the receipt” … what are you even talking about? I let it go and called twice before my wedding. The first time I spoke to someone I asked if I could pay they said of course. Paid over the Phone. Our total was 275 and change. I found a charge of 579 on our card? I wondered how this was possible. I called again, spoke to someone. They said originally it showed that it didn’t go thru so they charged again, but then it went through originally so we were double charged and they would refund it. Best part- wedding morning.. my girlfriend arrives to pick up the order. The first words out of their mouth are “ what catering order?” I called the evening before to confirm the order for pick up. They told my bridesmaid it would be another hour. She was late to arrive to the venue. In addition, they told her she had to PAY FOR THE ORDER. Not only did I pay in advance, I was charged twice. Never ever again.

Bacon is very greasy. Egg sandwiches with bacon come out way too greasy. Ruins the whole sandwich. Hash browns are even worse with the grease issue. Coffee is good as well as the bagels and selection.Also,, bagels are good but when you say a little bit of a spread they still put a lot. Update….Bagels and coffee are good . That’s about it though. I still don’t recommend going here. Food is below average. Better off going to Dunkin’ down the street or Wawa.

Toasted bagel with cream cheese how hard could it be evidently it was a bridge too far I'd like to hope that maybe it was just the server but then two other people saw the order and didn't do anything about it and should have listened to my own advice went back and found that it's sort of like interpretive jazz you ask for Dave Brubeck and get Trent Reznor so I asked for two eggs hash browns and a plain bagel got scrambled eggs pancake sausage and a reprimand that the everything bagel with locks was in fact what I had ordered

I normally get breakfast and occasionally lunch from this place. It gets pretty busy so it's better to place your order ahead of time (especially for breakfast) and then pick it up. The food itself is good.
