They have stopped receiving payments at this yard since April of 2022, you will have to drive to another IAA yard to make the payment and come back for pickup.

HORRIBLE SERVICE: From the top to the bottom. This was my partners and I first and absolutely last car we'll buy from this auction. Doug the operational manager provided us with inaccurate information to return the vehicle we purchased, back to the auction, after getting there, and having the car towed over 200 miles he basically told us that he spoke to numerous people today and didn't remember our call. We're highly upset and very disappointed and now have to spending extra money and still have to come back to this place. Very unprofessional BEWARE!

Horrible customer service will never ever purchase a car from them again had issues with loading took 4 hrs also keys where missing and said “nothing we can do” just please be aware of this place

Fast loading but cocky office people....won't talk to u at all unless u have a vest ...( Need a safety vest just to pay for a car or pick up paperwork )

Auction for all public
The best thing you can do is call to get information and check their website
They have a website with auction info. Looks like auctions are every Monday @ 9AM. Call them to see if they have public auctions.
And
Y ou have to have a dealer license to buy. But they do have few options for the public.
They only sell cars no parts.
