I called on Thursday and then again on Friday and got no response from my messages. I called one more time and Carli picked up the phone. I'm super thankful it was her. Having been uncontacted for the last 40 hours, she picked up the phone and handled my rather difficult situation with confidence and grace. I had planned to go somewhere else until speaking with her, and (only) because of Carli... We are going to fly high trampoline park. Thank you, CARLI !!!
