P.a Nerissa Taylor is the best she’s so kind, understanding and she follows up right when results come in. She’s the only reason I still come here and deal with this office that never answers! So is dr Mohammed sweet lady very patient, compassionate and understanding and she will put her staff in place quick when they do wrong.

My husband and I had Coronavirus, we got tired of calling, we could never contact, then we went to the Clinic and they had changed buildings, I made an appointment to fill out some documents and Dr. Tania Martinez-Beasley mistreated us, she did not want to see my husband That day, she made an appointment for him the other day, and he had to miss work to go, in the end one of the nurses attended to him at the front desk, she never looked out, they do it just to charge the insurance consultation, and to collect the forms we had to go about four times. Without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had.

Debra. I have not been at Empire Medical Group's medical office for 5 or 6 years now. Although I have been in that building for other reasons. I have no intention of going back to Empire Medical. I assume there is a gynecologist there now. The one that was there when I went left. My daughter had made an appointment with her. When my daughter arrived for her appointment she was told the gynecologist left. REALLY!!!. Try Contemporary Women's Care in North Arlington on the Belleville Pike. Good luck
Warning! Do not use this group. They are always late seeing you and you Must sign a waiver if you are late or miss an appointment to pay a fee. I have waited 1 hour past my appointment time and the last visit they weren't going to see me til 10:15am. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am. They had someone else's SS# and phone number in my medical record. Gina the manager needs to clean house and Dr Feehan, I'm done with this madness.
