The worst services ever, I have 3 days trying to get them at the phone and when I finally get them , a staff refuses to provide services, very quickly and did not listen, horrible services, it must be closed for ever.

I would give it no star their customers service not great I've been calling their office since 9Am today it more than 2 hours later and still getting the answering service they open but to busy to pick up their office phone they said to keep calling until I can get them it Friday.. good luck right... and I guess have nothing else to do but sit here on the phone even tho I am a single mom of 3 a toddler a 2 school age kids 🙃 😅 🙂 yeah call until lol

Called for three weeks straight only getting the answer service each time. Answering service REFUSES to forward anything to office staff although it would only lead to a fax coming through with patient request or a message on a tablet. This is outrageous as this was specified on my daughter's referral. I'm beyond enraged as my daughter is continuing virtue learning with no glasses, unable to see most of the work. She would have been a new patient!

When I went to pick my glasses the lady that was in charge of that was disrespectful. She made my visit horrible.
