I chose to delete my original "bad" review as I jumped the gun! There was an issue with one of the keys I had made and was upset when I reached home and they were closed! After speaking with them, they gave NO issues in rectifying the situation! More importantly, they are very friendly and will definitely do business with them again!!

Easy place to get keys made and reasonable prices. There are always many staff on hand and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. A no-nonsense hardware store is hard to come by, especially in FiDi, glad that these guys are around!
