Run don’t walk AWAY from these incompetent people. The only thing they do right is the sales experience because Joyce is amazing, after that it’s all downhill. Every single aspect of what they are paid to do, they do wrong. They schedule appointments for measuring and installing then don’t show up, or show up 3 hours late without even a call. It took a total of 3 appointments to get the measuring done and 7 to complete installation. They measured and cut the stone incorrectly. They honed the stone incorrectly. They edged the stone incorrectly. They installed the stone incorrectly. Then they give me a discount of less than 5% to make up for their incompetence. Trust me, go ANYWHERE ELSE, you will be better off.
