Their online appointments system is super misleading. They ask you to fill your credit card information before you can make an appointment. Then they immediately charge you without even going through the insurance. When I get to the appointment the people tells me, oh, you don’t have to purchase it online… I said I just want make an appointment. They said you can call the hotline and cancel the purchase, and when I do, they deduct $20 off from your refund. You lose $20 and wasted your time.

Made appointment for 2:00 as I checked in at 2:02 it tells me wait time is 33 minutes. :/ I made an appointment for a reason

Made appointment in the early morning for the same day. Checked in five minutes prior. Was brought in promptly at my appointed time. In and out in less than ten minutes for my blood draw. Had nice little small talk with my tester which made the experience warmer and less "sterile". Very happy with the way everything planned out on this one.

For any service, you should definitely make an appointment. Walk-ins usually have a long wait if they're fully booked for the day. Walk-ins receive less priority for services than people who make appointments.
