Dr Peretsman and his PA Jessica Brooks have taken excellent care of me through my kidney problems for the past 6 years, including removing my right kidney in July 2022. They were very attentive to my needs while in the hospital and through my recovery. Best in Charlotte!

Trying to reach anyone on the phone is pathetic. I sat on the phone for over 8 minutes just to get another recording. What happen to the days when you were able to speak to a person? On top of not getting a live person the mail box is full WTHeck!!! Can't get the help you need nor the ability to pay your bill without having to subject yourself to online. This is RIDICULOUS beyond words. One Star is too gracious.
