The absolute worst patient care ever!!! Getting an appointment took over 2 months of repeated unanswered calls to the scheduler. The initial appointment went well, with the doctor recommending an immediate biopsy. Before leaving the doctor’s office, we scheduled for the 1st available appointment. The night before surgery, we received a call indicating that the doctor had COVID. Surgery was delayed 4 weeks. Surgery went as expected (Wednesday). On Friday at 4:30 the doctor left a message stating that the results were in and to call on Monday morning for follow up. What doctor who cares about their patients would leave that message with no way to follow up over the weekend????? It would have been better (less stressful) had he not left a message at all. Monday morning 8:30 AM, we begin making calls to get the results. After repeated voice mail messages and actually speaking to several people who indicated that urgent messages were sent to the doctor and his assistant, it it now Tuesday morning, and we have yet to receive a call back. We have begun the process all over again, and our next step is to go sit in their office. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE patient care. I wish I could give a negative star rating. BTW, everyone’s outgoing voicemail message says “no need to leave multiple messages…calls will be returned in a timely manner”. However, this is such a clear indication that they DO NOT return calls timely if at all….as has been our repeated experience.

Everyone at this practice is wonderful! I am there a lot managing a highly recurrent cancer and as much as I’d rather not have to be there so often, I feel grateful to be in such good hands. I’m always treated kindly and with respect. Dr. Ganem and his PA, nurses, and assistants all take such good care of me and I have the utmost confidence in my treatment plan and execution.
