Move trashy people in and won't deal with them, so good tenants have to hear domestic violence and doors slamming all the time. Didn't mow the grass until it was knee high this year. I just got a notice today that they are raising rent again....RUN FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!
