The women that work there are very nice and pleasant to you. They make sure you are well tooken care of in a polite manner if you have any questions they make sure you get all the answers you need.

Getting to speak to someone is extremely annoying. If you press 3 or 4 like it says, it hangs up on you. My dad has been on the phone for 30 min. just trying to ask a question. If someone answers, they keep putting him back to the initial place. Customer service needs help BIG time!!!

The doctors need to be looking at everything. My 2 month old has KTS. It couldn't of been prevented but at least we could've been warned about her condition had someone been checking everything. I read that it can be detected in an ultrasound during pregnancy. Aren't you supposed to be looking at how their vascular system is developing?

Billing nightmare...They are geting 2 starts because the on-site staff (who actually do the work) are great. Professional & polite. However, be prepared because they will take a payment method for your estimated cost and charge you -- even if this is covered under your insurance. Then, when your insurance company pays (like mine did), you have to wait for them to "review" the duplicate payment (said could take several weeks) and then for them to issue you a refund (up to 4 weeks). How that is justified when they are getting paid TWICE? Sounds like a free loan for CaroMont. Unfortunately very few options for imaging in Gastonia :(
