First of all, I’m thankful for this place. They gave me a chance when no one else would and I was able to provide short-term shelter for my family. The management team is friendly, responsive, and overall great people. Having said that, lower your expectations because this isn’t the suburbs and like everything else in life, you get what you pay for. The units themselves are very outdated. Thankfully they’ve tried to freshen up the units with new paint and flooring prior to each move-in. Some windows will not function and some may be missing screens. It wasn’t’ a big deal for me so I never mentioned it, but I’m sure that maintenance would have fixed that for us if we had asked. The bathroom is located upstairs. It gets a little old because there’s quite a flight of stairs you have to take. The unit we were in also leaked occasionally until we sealed up the bathtub properly. Again, maintenance probably would have taken care of that, had we asked. Just minor details that they missed that would have prevented these types of issues. The vinyl flooring they provide in each unit is absolutely horrific. The vinyl is texturized so it catches every speck of dirt that may trail in. You have to constantly mop and because the vinyl is so thin, any movement of heavy furniture will tear holes into the flooring. The worst part about living here was the massive roaches. They’re everywhere… and will somehow manage to find their way into your unit regardless of cleanliness. You’ll find them downstairs and upstairs (YUCK!!!!). The walls are pretty thin so you’ll hear your neighbor’s every move… especially the stairs. I’ve never witnessed so many police encounters in my life. The cops frequent this area for sure. There’s a lot of crime of various sorts, from domestic disputes, assaults, robberies, and drug overdoses. However, you’re pretty safe if you lock up your vehicles and keep your unit locked up at all times. Also, please don’t answer the door when random people knock. The management office communicates via email/portal only. Pay attention to all notifications otherwise it’ll cost you. Some of my neighbors don’t monitor their emails and they didn’t know that management changed towing companies and that they had to pick up new stickers at the front office. All of their vehicles were towed and they had to pay hundreds of dollars to get them back. The upside of living here is the location, which gives you access to various shopping locations as well as I-85. It’s a decent place to live if you’re just getting back on your feet again and need short-term shelter.

Omg these reviews are terrible! Thanks for the heads up, I am listening and will look elsewhere. Have any of you contacted the owners? And the trash dumpster with the trash all outside of it alone turned me off. I stayed in some reasonably priced apartments that actually cared about how the property looked. This is unacceptable.
