I’ve shopped at this store since it opened. I’ve never been impressed but it was convenient. Yesterday I witnessed the worst customer service in my entire life. An elderly gentlemen needed help at the Register and the manager got frustrated and told the old man. “I’m not selling this to you”. The others in line including myself couldn’t believe what we were seeing. Serval of us dropped the items we had and left the store. Turners should really do some homework in who the hire. Not to mention the inventory is down to junk. I’d think customer service would be a focus considering bass pro is moving in down the street. I always want to help the small business owner but not when they’re rude to customers.

Want education on certain kinds of tactical and bait want great service ask for Ron he's a great person to talk to knowledgeable helpful even points you in the right direction I got to say thank you to this company for having such a great staff. They probably have what you're looking for.

One of my favorite sporting stores. Great selection of all the items I need. Staff are courteous and professional. Generally, not as busy as the other stores.
