Dr. Highermath explains procedures--pros and cons--very clearly, He is very knowledgeable, but he answers all questions and concerns. I felt confident with his answers.

Dr. Hiremath team is the greatest. So kind and caring. I love the fact that Dr hiremath explains things in ways I can understand. If I ever have any concerns and leave a message they call me back quickly. Overall love this place.

Love the Atrium facility in Gastonia/Gaston County. I just wish Atrium would bring more facilities and doctors to Gastonia/Gaston County, like places to get CT Scans and even possibly a hospital. Caromont Regional is the only hospital in Gaston County and some of the Medicare Advantage plans do not include Caromont Regional as an In Network Hospital which doesn't make sense since it's the only hospital in Gaston County. All of Atrium Facilities are considered In Network so why not bring more Atrium Facilities to Gaston County. I'm very thankful that they do have an Atrium Oncology Facility in Gaston County because I do have cancer and I'm very pleased with their facility. It's just that it's sometimes difficult having to go to Charlotte for Scans when a person doesn't feel comfortable driving in Charlotte or know their way around Charlotte even using GPS which is bad about giving misdirection. The Atrium doctor's are good about letting the patient choose to go to a Gaston County facility for test, etc., however, if the facility is not in the network, you can very well end up paying higher cost or maybe even full cost for the service! I vote for Atrium building and/or bringing more facilities to Gaston County or at least considering a partnership or merge with the Gaston County facilities. Either that, or Gaston County Facilities need to get on board with being in the network with more or all of the Medicare Advantage Plans.

I've been 3 times in just over a month and have not had a bad experience yet! The staff all seems very nice and welcoming. I have personally been dealing with Dr. Golshayan and he has been nothing but caring and professional with me....Also its kinda sad to bring up but he's always remembered me and details about my family whenever I see him so to me it really shows he cares about who I am.....and in this day and age you kinda get treated like a name and not a person so its refreshing to have a Dr. And staff there that at least treat me like a person.
