So I have been trying to enroll my child in this place for the last 3 weeks. Every time I call about paperwork oh we will send it by email hell 3 weeks later nothing, we have went up to this place twice oh the director will call you still no call yet. Very unprofessional and don’t seem reliable at all. Stick to your word and follow though..

Our daughter came home with bruises one day from daycare that seemed abnormal (given her adventuring tendencies). We asked management about it and they said it was from playing outside with another kid but that they would look at the video after we pointed out that the bruise looked like fingerprints and nail scratches. The next day management told us they reviewed the footage and it “didn’t look like anything serious happened and was probably just an accident”. My wife was persistent on seeing the footage and watched our daughter get dragged across the floor, thrown onto a cot, and had a blanket thrown over her because she was crying during nap tap. During this footage she saw several other disturbing reactions towards other kids. At this point, the owner of the program was there and management was all of a sudden taken back (vice their previous statement of it not being a big deal). The worker was fired immediately but is still allowed to work for another daycare in the future. The fact that we had to keep pushing for the director to consider firing this employee and the fact that management didn’t know these kind of things were happening is disgusting. This occurred mid 2021. If you need proof, look up the filed incident reports on the SC gov website.
