I can't begin to express the appreciation I have for EVERYONE at Mobility Works here in Charleston, SC. I am an incomplete quadriplegic due to cervical spinal cord injury. The only way I can get around on my own is with a wheelchair accessible van. These vehicles can very testy and troublesome. There has never been an occasion in which the team at Mobility Works hasn't gone out of their way to come to my aid and help with repairs as they've been needed. Their kindness and support, understanding the challenges that people with disabilities have, makes them great people to deal with. They also support our disabilities community in ways that most people don't see. They do great work and I highly recommend them!

Bought a van from these guys. Our salesman Matt, went WAY above and beyond for us. My van was totalled and we had to fight the insurance company for 5 months to get payment for a replacement vehicle. In fact, their tech, (I wish I could remember his name) is the person who told us about the frame damage that totalled my van. The door wasn't working right and he knew at first glance that there was frame damage and that the vehicle was no longer safe. Who knows what could have happened had he not caught it!! Matt kept in contact with us throughout the 5 months. Not pestering us, but he stayed on top of it. When the time came he really listened to us talk about our likes and dislikes of our last van. He was very respectful of our price cut off. We walked in there firm on buying a Toyota, but after listening to our needs, we wound up in a dodge that we love. There were 9 people that were interested in our van but he was still able to get us down to a number we could easily afford. Nothing came out of pocket. I didn't think that was going to be possible. I cannot recommend this place enough. They really care. They really listen. They are nationwide so they will find you what you need for a price you can afford.
