Yes you can throw a party there but it's not just you and your guest . You would have a section . But I love this place.
Bally's Beach Bar is open Friday from 4pm-12am and Saturday & Sunday from 11am-7pm. Bally's Beach Bar is closed from Monday-Thursday.
I just checked website doesn't say but a DJ is booked for sept15 so at least til then open

Just decent i would say. There were some very beautiful waitresses there wearing very nice bikinis.
Its closed for the season....last day was September 30
