Previously, this has been an excellent car wash. Unfortunately, it appears to be in a steady decline over the past few months. This morning there was no rinse cycle. Just soap then straight to the dryers. Once I got home(15 minutes later) there was dirt everywhere the soap had dried.

This facility has gone downhill fast. Manager in denial. " parts are wearing out. We're not perfect." Another example of "not our fault".
