Poor customer service. I went in to open a business account. Arrived at 3:30pm. I was told to have a seat and someone would be right with me. Waiting and hour and 15 minutes. One banker left at 4:30 other 2 never spoke, never moved from their desks.

I came in on October 12 to open an account. Was told to sit, waited 1 hour, Ignored the whole time, finally left. These people could care less about working here. I would not recommend doing business here.

I always have going to Wells Fargo Bank. When😒I went there to depos a check/cash-out 4:39 p.m. I always trusted the bank but this lady didn't know how to count It supposed to be $500 not $400 😑 So I thought the missing $100 would be my account, but NO still missing $100 now I'm $100 short !!! 😠.. I realize When I got homen.. I'm assuming the lady wanted a $100 tip Black curly hair with glasses. I'M WAIT for a response.
