Really wouldn't give them 1 star. They never answer the phones, never return phone calls. Our Mama is very sick and they won't let us know anything. Poor management

It should be a crime not to commend this facility on their outstanding performance with helping their patients regain their mental health. My little brother is very ill, but the staff here are patient and kind. Special commends to Mrs Gaiger! She really cares for the patients and their families. I am blessed to have this facility in my life; they're helping my brother and they're also helping me. Absolutely satisfied with this place! Thank you from my heart.

I do apologize for the inconvenience. However, the person to ask for would be Mrs. Geiger. She set the appts.
Everytime she's never there and doesn't return our calls. They tell us something different every week we call everday. Now someone just told that me all the slots are full for that inmate and I said how. Noone is coming except for my brother and I but we cant get an appointment.
