I lived here for six and a half years now! This place used to be the best! But, no more! They need to pay their maintenance staff better and Kamson needs to start treating them better. As there is a myriad of maintenance issues in my apartment since three months ago and they were not taken care of. Every time I address these issues, I get that they are down maintenance people and that it will be taken care of next week. But, this had been going on for four times now over the past month and a half. And I am tired of this. I will be moving out soon. Also they could use to make the apartments sound proof. And I hold their owners Kamson properties responsible for this. And I will be leaving a bad review on them soon.

Dumpster view Apartments as I call it is the most run down property in the area. Pot holes in the roads, no grass just sand, garbage blowing everywhere, no street lights for safety. Don't believe these photos represent the entire property. Place is run down and poorly maintained. I used to live there. What a dump.

The entire staff is tremendously friendly & helpful. Every maintenance issue has been addressed next to immediately. Application process was as painless as it could be. If the location works for you, definitely come check out Emerald Apartments!

The staff is amazing. Thank you Lori. They go out of their way to accommodate you even through this covid pandemic. The ground are kept clean. They are quick to address any issues you may have. Pet friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet place to live.
