This place is overrun by extremely loud children/teenagers. Many are disrespectful and will go around ringing doorbells and running away or hanging out on your patio leeching power from your home via outside outlet to charge their phones. I have lived here for years and this happens quite frequently. Every day you can hear them outside being absurdly loud. Neighbors are very loud, can hear them stomping around, and often slamming their front doors when leaving. So if you like peace and quiet, this is NOT the place for you.

I give it a 5 star not because of the office staff, but because of maintenance. Joe is attentive and completes the work orders in a timely manner. I like living here. Property is clean. manager is never here, she don’t answer the phone, office is still locked, there’s a lot of angry residents since the old manager Christine left.

Not a good place to live. Noisy people all around, screaming and blasting music from their cars. You can't sit in your home quietly without hearing someone being exceptionally loud. Maintenance is awful as well as management. If you need any work done, expect to wait months.
