Great furniture!

Haven't been here in about 15 years.. I used to love it. Seems a little overcrowded now. Too much furniture now and not enough china, picture frames, decorations and ornaments. I used to do all sorts of holiday shopping here, but they seemed to have change change their focus. Just wasn't what I was looking for this visit.

Customer service definitely needs works !! No one calls back and gets wrong info ! Basically telling me that what I was told Is not true and blame it on vendor !! After this order will not be shopping here !!! I do not lie and don’t like be called a liar in jest .

I am appalled at the customer service of this “ supposedly” reputable store. We purchased a dining room table and side table with 6 chairs. From the beginning there were issues. They needed to take bake the credenza because the drawers did not close. The chairs were stained as soon as someone sat on them due to the material. We’re Exchanged chairs on multiple occasions and ultimately we asked for a refund. The store said I could exchange the set for a new one but NOT the matching credenza. There wasn’t anything that would go in our dining area. The sales managers at BOTH stores were rude and disrespectful. We will proceed until we are able to do a satisfactory RETURN. VERY DISAPPOINTED
