Worked with Kaitlynn on the purchase of a car. The entire purchase process went well, however there are follow up items I've been requesting since purchasing several weeks ago. Despite multiple attempts, I have yet to receive a response from Kaitlynn, the sales manager, or the GM I've reached out to so far. Someone needs to tell them that customer service doesn't end when the paperwork is signed. I would expect this from a Kia dealer, but I went to Audi for a reason. There are plenty of other Audi dealerships in the region, go to one where they'll be attentive to your needs through and following purchase.
