Beware this store. It USE to be okay but er.. I shared a review I made about a month and a 1/2 ago and I no longer see it to follow up.???Although I AM very familiar with the inner workings of Google reviews. To reiterate, I had went to the store a month and a 1/2 ago and the gentleman working was very rude and did not offer me a bag. He seemed uninterested after accepting my payment. So I walked out and the lid split and I spilled my drink just right outside the door, just fruit punch from the machines. He saw this didn't offer any help to me and told me I could not get a refill. I said okay as to avoid confrontation. He was very impolite and unprofessional. So I've been giving my frequent business to the other 711 on Broadway closer to my house. Until tonight... I went back and I saw this individual. I was checking out my purchase, a soda from the machine and two bags of chips. The cashier didn't even greet me but had the nerve to say "Make sure you put your lid on tight this time." I then barked back at him, his lid broke on me, he did not offer me a bag and that I had left a poor review. He then decided to argue with me on whether I should have asked for a bag or not. He did this in front of other customers. Also, I would have bought a coffee but the milks were on the floor, warm and out in the open with no lid. He did not offer me the free coffee that is guaranteed if Coffee is not fresh. In short, But very long... The customer service is atrocious. I can't believe I was actually being harassed in regards to his poor customer service and the conditions of the store were unsanitary. There won't be a 3rd chance of my return as I do not confrintate with people who don't enjoy their jobs or know anything about customer service. I will contact Google about my previous review which is no longer posted?? Try harder 711

please clean/scrub the ATM machine, my God it is so dirty and disgusting you question even touching it...that kind of general cleaning should be automatically done, I wouldn't eat anything out of a place that allows that kind of filth to go unnoticed and/or ignored, not that I eat anything unwrapped or unsealed from 7/11 anyway
