Brought my car in for an oil change and was promptly greeted by Advisor Liz Avila at the service desk. I’ve Never had more friendlier, faster and knowledgeable service experience before. Liz is the fastest at getting your vehicle worked on. As soon as my car was finished she even helped me consider options for my next vehicle, all while simultaneously getting me checked out and on my way. Very happy Liz upgraded the service experience from (so -so) to First Class!

I had a very negative experience with Nissan Huntington car service. I had a bubble on a left front tire. When I visited service two weeks ago they just switched left front wheel with a left back wheel and put the left front wheel with the bubble to the back without notifying me about the switch and not offering front wheel replacement with the new one. Nobody mentioned that driving with a bubble may cause life threatening accident if bubble blows up while driving. When I again visited service a few days later complaining that there was a bubble on a left back wheel the front desk person was insisting that they had offered a wheel replacement with a new one before but I had refused, and that was the reason why they had put left front wheel with a bubble to the back. This was very unprofessional, and left feeling of emotional abuse because insisting on something that had never happened (stating that I had refused left front wheel replacement with a new one) is abusive. And also, to my statement that driving with a tire bubbled is life threatening, this front desc lady said NO, it is NOT, the bubble may blow up, but it is NOT a life threatening. I will never visit Nissan Huntington again, instead will return back to Nissan Smithtown. It was a very disappointing experience. I even complained to the manager, but have a feeling that he was not much interested in my negative experience and complain, and will do nothing in order to improve the service.
