This is the parent company of Ashley's furniture store. You're able to modify the couch options if you'd like. Plenty of options and a great location for decorating room inspiration. I will note that the sales where they indicate "make an offer" really isn't make an offer, they're pre-set.

THE WORST! customer service I ever had in my life!!! I bought a couch from them and when she arrived to my house I figured its not comfortable+ found a piece of iron came out from the couch that can be very dangerous and cut you! I called them to return (before my three days to return with a refund ends) and they picked it up after two weeks. why do I say its such a bad customer service? 1) calling their customer service you need to wait in line at least 40 minutes to an hour until someone answer. 2) they did returned most of the amount I payed for the couch BUT not all of it!!! so I called them for the first time and spoke with Shelbi, after she checked she said I'll see the rest of the amount in my bank account in 7-10 day. after two weeks I checked my bank account and I don't see it! calling them again waiting for 45 minutes for someone to help me and this time Dezi answer and promise me that this time its going to work and I'll see the rest of my money in 7 days! now its already two weeks and no money!!! after they told me I will get the rest of the money on the phone twice and didn't get any of it, I decided to use their chat' they respond in few minutes but after I gave them all the details it took them almost an hour to let me know I'm not going to get the full amount!!! I can tell me my family and friends will never perches again in Morris home furniture/ Ashley I recommend to think very good before you decide to buy there anything!
