Blythewood is far the best DMV out of hundreds that I have visited in several of cities in the USA. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and complete each individual task in a timely manner. They truly show their appreciation for all customers for choosing the Blythewood location.

This review is a warning to customers. I and my eye Dr filled out a scdmv eye exam form. When I went to turned it in to renew my license, the clerk says that they don't use the form anymore but I got the form from another clerk less than a week ago. Take names who helped you so you can hold someone accountable.

Apparently, the title to my vehicle was sent to this DMV last year when I registered in SC. That title was never sent back to BMW, and now, over a year later, when I've paid the car off, I can't get the title because the DMV supposedly still has it. I've called repeatedly to this office, and conveniently, their "call volume" is always "too high" to accept my phone call. Call back is (also conveniently) disabled. I live two hours away from this location and cannot make it there to speak to someone in person. Zero accountability here.

Fax # to send paperwork
I paid my fines but SC has not taken the suspension out of the system and now DC is holding my learners permit. No one answers the phone. What can i do???
No
What day or weekend do y'all be open in Columbia area
2 proof of residence, birth certificate, your old driver's license, and pay the fee.
It depends on department, and mostly who you spoke to. We don't want personal identification laying on a fax machine somewhere. I'd recommend calling the contact center or whoever you may have spoken to before to get a proper fax number so your documents are not laying somewhere on a machine to be grabbed by mistake.
Yes, it is needed
You at least 24 to pass. 80% or higher
How do you cancel an appointment with scdmv
The Google results page from which you asked your question has the URL for the DMV website. You can find the answer quickly there.
From what I can tell, you are screwed and have to come back to SC and appear in person to take care of it.
Yes its open
Do you have a trailer plate already?
They maybe able to pull your Information up and get you another sticker
I did it in the mail. Any way can you check on status? Please. Thank you bert
Sent it
it shouldn't. they will check your eyes there to put whether you need glasses to drive or not. Also, you no longer need an appointment. you may have to wait a while, but they are fairly quick there.
I think they will transfer your VET plate to a SC plate might have to change if someone has your logo, and I'm sure there is a fee
Just apply

I do not believe that you would have to make an appointment for that but check the website you can check to see if you may still have to so that...scdmvonline.com
No just walk in but it will be faster if you do
Okay I got Now it's time for me to do my job THANK YOU!!
I would call DMV headquarters and ask that question. I’ve always been instructed to return each plate for each vehicle being re-plated. Anyways, call them.
Not currently. If it's just a duplicate, and you know your license number, you can use member services online to order it, so you don't have to come in at all.
There are some spaces at the Blythewood DMV. THE BEST TIMES TO PRACTICE IS AFTER HOURS & ON WEEKENDS
Go home look up and imagine why this person may have had an specially rough day. Maybe forgive this possible isolated incident and maybe save someone's Mother or father from loosing employment. I'm not saying don't be upset I'm just saying it doesn't hurt to let things go.
It is highly recommended you schedule an appointment. We sat for almost 2 hours on a "walk-in".
No, but if it's been expired more than 9 months, you will need proof of address and birth certificate. You'll also have to take both tests again.
Upon turning in your tags always get a receipt. I would make an appointment and go in to speak with someone in person about the suspension. They should have a record of the tags being turned in. I hope this helps.

I Would think you would go back to the CarTax Office and they May can help you; but I think there gonna wanna see the Whole Tag Where you say Someone Took that Sticker Off
I AM A DEALERSHIP TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF A PERSON ABOUT A TITLE THAT IS INCORRECT
Yes they do accept walk ins.. They will take your number and have you sit in the car..
Contact the city you moved from and send it back though the mail for u wont be charged
Make sure you have you're receipt. If you paid online, they mail you the receipt you need to take to the DMV.
This happened to me when I got mine. I just went back the next day with my receipt and they printed another one free of charge.
You need your VIN number, drivers license, and a little bit of cash. And if you have the title that would make things easier.
No
You should be able to go online but did you get ask them at the DMV when you was there????
It will still get suspended you need to call an talk to someone to let them know a head of time
If it were reported then yes.
About 5 to 7 days when you order online
Good Afternoon, The process really varies on a person to person situation. Like where it was bought, how it was bought, and from who as in person or from a dealership. Your best option if your waiting is come in and talk to a manager to see what the issue is or if it's just in process. I work at this DMV location specifically, so I have picked up a few things here and there
It's still a waiting period the waiting period if for u to get a little driving history before your Ls
The 2020's are white
Do you know what color is the license plate sticker in south Carolina
If you go on there website at www.scdmvonline.com and look for form mv-93 there is a check list of things you can use
Replacing a license if it's damage or lost doesn't cast anything.
How long does this process usually take? I mailed in all documentation and the fee almost 2 weeks ago and the check still hasn't been cashed
We would advise to get one. A 45 day is $5. However you can always contact local law enforcement to found out the law on how long you have to ride without a plate.
What do u mean? The registration?
Birth certificate and ssn card or a passport and 2 proofs of residency
Birth cert or current us passport. Social security card or w2 with full social listed. 2 proofs of sc residence less than 90 days old...ie: utility bill. Mail in stamped envelope, valid sc DL or ID. Proof of any name changes...marriage license for each marriage. If US passport has current married name then no marriage license needed
Call 8038965000
Usually the slowest you can drive a vehicle is on a highway without getting a ticket is 45 on if it states it.
They'll make a copy and return the original to you.

This seems more like a question FOR personnel at the DMV (or a local attorney) than one about the DMV.
Its not on there i need the fax to renew license I want on the web and it's not there how are you doing today sir
I added "in SC" to your question and found the answer immediately with Google. Not sure why you would wait for an answer from someone here. But, to answer your question: 50 CC or less, or, between 750 - 1500 watts for electric.
Mail tags in before canceling your insurance...
No. You can however deduct vehicle expenses on your taxes if your car is used for your business. You need to consult a tax professional to learn more. I Wouldn't attempt to do so without guidance. The IRS will come after yo azz
If you plan to drive the vehicle to your buyer, you'd need a driver's license. If the buyer comes to you, likely not.

You can call the SCDMV Contact Center at 8038965000 to see if it was applied or request a copy of your driving record from your local SCDMV branch.
Actually the number is 803 8965000
You are not addressing the staff, here. This is the Google search results page, not the SCDMV page.
This is a question that can be more readily answered by staff at the DMV versus the "local guides" who may respond here. Call the number listed in the Google search results and they will direct you to someone who can help.
The title, bill of sale, proof of address in SC and be prepared to pay taxs on the vehicle.

visit www.scdmvonline.com to obtain this info
Call the number listed in the search results and ask for the department you need. They will be able to provide the correct fax number. Or, the fax number may be listed on the form if you have it in your hands.
Scdmvonline.com anything else is bogus
I did 90% for you. You just have to look at the bottom left of the page. https://www.peba.sc.gov/scrs.html
Stop by the DMV and pick one up.
The Google search results page has a link to SCDMV site where you can find up to date information about the process.

This is the Google results page for the entity. You would receive better information contacting the DMV directly. Contact information is available on the SCDMV website linked from the search results page.

you will have to do a form 400. Being that you are just doing a transfer, it will still have to be registered in your name. But you did say you gifted it. That wont work. Sell it to her for 1.00 and let her transfer the plate
Contact information is on their website, linked from the Google profile. It will be more current and accurate than what someone here may provide.

It's unlikely you will get a direct response from the agency here (on Google). You will likely have better luck calling the agency directly.
