I bank out town and this is my sister Bank. The first time I had no problem. They cashed a check with only proof of my bank account. I was not charged for anything. Today I stop in with bag of change so I can exchange it. The girl sent me to a machine to charge me 10% non member fee. I tried to explain the hole sister bank thing. And the joung lady was very short n rude with me. I heard the rude comments made under her breath as she walked away. And then talk about me to the other ladies having social hour. This is why I don't leave my out state bank because Noone can give me the speacil 100% customer service I get from chessie federal credit union. BTW I know what Karen means incase u think I don't. Next time lower ur voice if u don't want heard. Have great day. Oh...capt Ds took all my change and didn't charge me and was nice about it. Have good day.

Completely disagree with the policy that to open an account and deposit money they pull a hard credit report on you. Why would I do that - I don't want a credit card. Be aware, this does affect your credit score.

I love this branch. But I am currently out of state and need an extension number to get issued a new card. Have tried calling and contacting through email. If an extension number was provided for this branch, it would be super helpful!

It’s impossible to get a customer service representative ! I’ve been on hold for hours and finally pushed number one for a call back I went through this a week ago too I had to wait an entire day to get a call back last time This is very disappointing !

Yes they have a coin machine. If you are a member it's free
You can deposit it
Go to bank and show receipt and they should credit your account
You can use the app. Go into the tranfers menu. Select: transfer to and pick the loan acct. Then fill in the rest as required.
