The Sears repairman refused to replace the compressor that is covered under the 10 year warranty because I don't have the paper receipt. The manufacturer label clearly shows the refrigerator was manufactured 09/2017. A class action lawsuit has been filed against Kenmore because they are aware the compressors only last 2-3 years. Yet they still use the same compressor.

It's an inconvenience for my elderly momma that your 1st technician misdiagnosed the problem that's wrong with the dryer. We're upset, we just want the dryer fixed as soon as possible because momma is disabled and can't walk. Clothing are washed almost every day!!!!
