We booked to take a trip to Salem. Checking in was without issue but the front desk was not clear where to park and enter closest to our room. We walked and walked ending back at the front desk. I had requested the first floor and I got a message they could accommodate the request, we were on the 3rd floor. There was food from the previous guests under the ottoman, there was hair on the sheets and the top cover on the bed had holes in it. The room was cool though which is good because it was very hot outside. The bathroom was clean. More attention to detail and cleanliness would make for a better stay. Small college refrigerators would be very helpful as well. The experience was not terrible and we would stay again but they need to step up their game. There are a lot of negative reviews.

It's a beautiful hotel, however the furniture in our room was quite uncomfortable, and dated. It would be nice if the lamps had 2 outlets and a USB plug-in. An end table was also needed on the wall side of the sofa. There was a new 50 - 60" smart TV in the room, however we were unable to access any apps for some reason. The bar/restaurant has great food and impeccable service. The front desk staff was also amazing.

After not getting the room we had originally reserved, the staff was accommodating in getting a room that would suit our family of five. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the Waterpark—great for the little ones and enough fun for the big one too. Everything was clean, staff was attentive and kind. Very satisfactory!

Didn't stay at the hotel. Used the pool. Well, actually, my wife and granddaughter used the pool and I watched. We were there for Pool School. Nice pool. Lovely hot tub. When we arrived, the fire alarm was going off so we had to wait outside with some of the hotel staff. They all were friendly, upbeat and apologetic about the alarm. As Hilton Honors members, we have stayed at other Doubletree locations and found them very satisfactory.

They will tell you 4 I have stayed there a few times and have check in early around 1 if the room is available they will let you check in early
They have a friendly staff eager to accommodate. They likely will if you call in advance to arrange it.
Yup, Thursday a.m. for next group of shots. But do not limit yourself to this location, grab any shot at any location within 1 hour drive or more if your comfortable driving.
they should... but they don't. not to my floor anyway. regardless, elevators are a difference maker for travelers with families and luggage

No. There was no refrigerator in the room where my family stayed this April. However, you may borrow it at the front.
The water park included when u stay at the hotel correct?
In my opinion, Boston is closest, but Manchester, NH is easiest.
We tried from 2-4pm to check into our room with a king size bed. It was never available and we setteled for 2 doubles at 4:30
