I really wish we had other options than this place. Most of the staff showed no concern at all for the well being of the residents and families. Clothes and personal items were missing, after hours you wait 10 minutes to get in, walk the halls and staff don't speak to you but sit at the desk on their phone with patience lights blinking. Weekends especially.

If I could give them a 0 star that’s what they will have…if I had the power the building will be shut down and burned..This place is horrible every time I call to speak to a nurse concerning my mother I have to call 2times or more that is ridiculous, when I finally get someone to answer it takes longer to talk to the nurse, I work for a nursing home so I know they aren’t that busy to answer the phone, I know when meds are being passed and everything, I understand that there may be an emergency but not every time I call that’s stupid, and the staff are rude when they answer the phone, I’m trying not to call the state, the building is not even well kept. DON’T SEND YOUR LOVE ONE HERE. Soon as I can my mother will be out of that hell hole…

It is the worst place to work.It's sad when the residents living there don't even want to be there and tell you that the job is horrible.They don't pay you enough to do the job you're doing.And I keep playing around with the classes.
