DO NOT!!! Use this company they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We are on the auto fill program where there are supposed to fill or top off my tank monthly. In the last 12months they have allowed me to run out of propane 3 times. They tried to charge me to for a full tank of propane that the previous owner of my house had filled as a house warming present. Very dishonest company stay as far from them as possible.

So not only has truflame been bought out, but now we are having to pay before we get the propane by card and then it it over the amount actually needed.. And unlike anybody else in the country we have to either get a credit or fill out a form for the corporate office to reimburse you for the overage and it could take anywhere from 2 to 3 months. This is just really poor practice. So if I lose my job tomorrow I will have to wait for them to decide to reimburse me for not only the rental of the tank, the propane not used and the overage. I would not recommend using them in the future.

Unfortunately......TruFlame bought out the local gas company. They decided to change the payment process that had been acceptable for over 40 years with the other company. When dealing with a situation for my parents, I placed several calls that were not returned. When my elderly mother spoke with Carol, she was rude and threatened to pickup the tank which contains gas that has been paid for by my parents. Thank goodness they have competitors. I will gladly take a big business who treats you right over a local business who treats you as if you were inferior to them.
