We were going to purchase a 1600.00 generator from them , and they were going to charge us over 500.00 for just the hose to hook the generator up to the gas tank. When we questioned them about the price and stated that it was way to much to pay for a hose, and we would have to do business with someone else, they just said okay! What business treats customers like that? I sent an email to the main office and didn’t even get a response! We will go with Neil Gas out of Biloxi!

Wish I could do no stars Edit- So they were toss to charge warranty company credit card and charged me instead. To get it to process they lied and put it under budget, since I only authorized my budget plan charges. I would not keep a card on file, they will charge what they want. Amanda let me know that every day they have a one hour staff meeting and they said that that is more important than clients. Amanda told me to put that in the review My water heater went out on Saturday. Unfortunately this is the only company that is certified in my area to fix it. They do not have emergency after hours for stuff like that so I had to wait until 8 AM Monday morning. After calling them 20 times on Monday and on Tuesday just asking for when the part was going to be in they never have an answer for me. On Wednesday I called them. They said the part came in yesterday but they get there at eight and they have an hour long meeting before they will talk to any clients. So the service is slow, actually nonexistent. Horrible. The three people in the office that I have been speaking to have been rude, condescending, and unhelpful. If there were any other propane places in my area I would have switched years ago

Horrible customer service. I purchased a generator and tank. Took calling everyday day for 2 months to get a call back.i ended up having Neil gas do the instal and fill.
