They don't give you any time frame for the delivery, it can take ALL DAY and they charge a delivery fee for your inconvenience. You have to take off an entire day to wait for the driver to show up. Today it was almost 6pm. We called the office to find out if they were coming out, the office didn't call us back before they closed. They won't send you a bill or let you pay before they come out, you have to pay the driver. This is the 21st century, this can't be how people still do business.

I went in this morning and she was alone. She may have went to lunch. They have one guy on vacation and the office manager is running service calls
We schedule 3 $5 per summer. They will always fall on the Friday before the summer holidays. (Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.) One of the benefits our Custom Payment Plan + customers enjoy is they can have a bottle filled anytime during the year.
