Excellent customer service! The kind that rarely exists today. The kind that treats you, not as another account number, but like the families we are. Thank you for hiring a wonderful team. Special shout out to Natalie. She helped me so very quickly and so happily. Even doing things for me I didn’t ask for BUT appreciated. And we’ve had the same delivery driver all these years; John. Calls my cell when he’s on his way out so I can unlock the gate and bring in the dog. AND he always leaves the dog a snack. I call that good old fashioned service. A lost art indeed. Thank you!
