Floor always felt dirty not vacuumed properly. Walked in my room with slippers whole time. Found some clipped nails on bedsheets and floor. Have to ask to make sure to change bedsheets (annoying). Also have to ask the make the bed. Not very clean and puntual. Bereaus drawers were very dirty. Room smelled musty and not fresh. Kept all my clothes for a week in my luggage. Sucked. Elevators were very bumpy and did not feel safe. Some exit doors card scanner broken.

I was woke up this morning at 7am due to a guy cutting bushes in my window. My room full of a gas smell and debris all over my car. The guy had no explanation and the front desk moved me to another room while locking me out my current room. So I had to refuse and checkout super early. Had a better stay at Best Western. Not saying much. All stores close earlier than they say too such as has stations. . Beware.

Great price and very accommodating to some requests. The room was clean, nicely laid out and appeared to be well kept. The staff was great, and the only issue was a young family with what appeared to be small twin boys directly overhead. I met the family and kids in the lobby and they are very cute kids, and the family was very nice and working to manage their energetic boys. Just needed more sound deadening between floors.

Mr Erick and Ms Gayle were excellent in making sure that I felt welcome and they asked me if I needed anything upon my arrival and during my stay. The manager was not helpful nor was he pleasant during my stay due to the fact that I parked on one side of the hotel did not know that the doors were not working and it was late at night and he acted like he had a problem letting me know that after I asked a question of why I couldn't get into the hotel with my keys. I observed the mannerisms with other guests while I was sitting in the breakfast area working on papers and the manager was very talkative and very cheerful with everyone else who came through the door. I feel as an employee of an IHG brand that you are to be presentable in character and courteous to everyone that walks through the door whether you're bothered or not. Someone needs to go back through training in hospitality because this is what turns potential away from your property. I may be returning to this property I'm not sure yet. Also this property needs to inform housekeeping not to knock on doors until after the checkout time for each room has been discussed at the front desk
