This Chick fil a was great!! It was so nice to be greeted with smiling faces. Janet was so sweet and kind and even collected our tray when we were done!

I don't know how other fast food places haven't figured this out yet, but Chick-fil-A opens up two and in my case three lines to try and get people through. They saw that there was becoming a little bit of a back blog or traffic jam and they opened up another line. Fast, courteous service with the standard delicious Chick-fil-A food.

We went here on a Monday night for dinner. My daughter and I ordered the kids meal. It was pretty busy when we got into the drive through line. It didn't take long to order but at the location on the side of the building where you get your food, they were handing out food in a very scattered, disorganized way. People five cars behind me got their ice cream before I did. The ice cream came out separate from the meals. We waited over 15 minutes to get our food and we were blocking the cars behind us from leaving the drive through. They need to work on first in, first out.

I’m not usually the type to leave your reviews, especially in the food business… however this morning I got breakfast and I was missing a few items from my purchase. I got these from the drive-through line and pulled over and went in the restaurant and kindly showed them my missing order. I was very impressed by all the people asking if I was taken care of with my issue. …. I was not very impressed that they did not seem to resolve the issue in a timely manner. It definitely seemed very unorganized and chaotic in there this morning around 10 or so. I really hope it is not like this the next time I go because it was not worth my time nor money.
