Some of the best late night Wendy's I've had in a long time I saw a long line at the restaurant on exit 147. Trust me go to exit 143 much better

I recently stopped into this Wendy's location to pick a burger, I decided to go in as the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. The floor inside was so slippery upon entering, I felt like I was ice skating. The young woman at the register was unfriendly and was goofing off with other employees, while I and others were waiting in line. I received my food in a timely manner, but they were out of a drink I ordered.

Burgers are better than Mc D's, but there fries leave a lot to be desired esp when served cold or too salty. The staff is pleasant.

The one off 62 in Burlington is awful. There problems start with the manager. I love Wendy's and never have issues anywhere else. Problems every single visit. The last visit they were out of baked potatoes (no biggie) then the manager herself handed me a chicken ceaser salad said "we're out of cesear dressing" and walked away. I had to stand there for 2-3 minutes to finally get her attention to ask if I could maybe get another type of salad dressing opposed to eating a dry salad.

I wouldn't ask any company for that information. Look at the reviews. You will find better statistics by looking at the 4-5 star ratings. If it's a 4-5 star rating and the amount is out of a 100 reviews or more - then you will be better off. You also have to see if the 1-3 stars are more than the 4-5 stars.
