Did not honor my request for a freshly cooked fish filet. I asked TWICE to confirm and they told me yes. The fish was not even hot enough to melt the cheese.

I ordered a double qtr meal with only ketchup and had to pull over and wait about 20 minutes then when I leave and look at my sandwich it has everything on it why did I wait and how do you have someone wait and give them a normal off the rack meal
