Worst visit to any fast-food restaurant in my life. The manager herself was the one who not only was the cause of the bad service but obviously the reason the restaurant struggles.

The one off 62 in Burlington is awful. There problems start with the manager. I love Wendy's and never have issues anywhere else. Problems every single visit. The last visit they were out of baked potatoes (no biggie) then the manager herself handed me a chicken ceaser salad said "we're out of cesear dressing" and walked away. I had to stand there for 2-3 minutes to finally get her attention to ask if I could maybe get another type of salad dressing opposed to eating a dry salad.

I'm not sure of the Burlington location. I use the Wendy's on Battleground Ave. in Greensboro. They are always so kind and my order is always correct.
