I have ordered extra pick up service and an extra can from four different people on the phone. Each time they give a date and nothing happens. After two weeks, still no service. They are the only company in town and have a monopoly. I tried to change companies but there’s nobody else.

they are doing incredible job my bill is 75%cheaper the only reason they have bad reviews is people don't like change.we didn't have a option for trash.so before Athens was pay 75$ a month now pay around $30.and the people that don't like change also have a unrealistic expectations that first days on new grounds is going to be 100% perfect.Come on people really????so if you ask me the reviews are not right and don't reflect the company true value.and I'm actually ashamed and embarrassed on the way my town treated this company hope the reviews helps and may God bless you all

Outdated web platform for requesting bulk-item pick-ups. Received the notice for items to be pick-up, but drivers failed to pick-up. Overall, I am not happy for the amount of money paying for waste management. Not sure how this company got the businesses from the Cities.

We went on a tour years ago with the Cub Scouts. It was great! Learned about what happens to your trash and the impact on the Earth. From what I remember, they recycle about 50% of what goes into the black trash cans at that facility. There was no charge.
While that wasn't safe and courtesy driving by a supposedly professional, you are also not allowed to turn left unless its safe to do so, regardless of a green light, where as you are allowed to turn right on a red light.
Athens has a lot of drivers so sometimes it won’t happen, just be patient
