Change prices at the drop of a hat. Refuse to sell the item at price stated on products. This is illegal in the United States it’s a tactic called bait and switch. Very bad customer service. Was told we can’t be expected to change the price tag on every item in the store, could have been simple sell it for the price on the sticker then change the stickers so it doesn’t happen again but instead they chose to disrespect the customer and now they lost at least one and probably more.

My wife and I are regular customers at this store and go at least a few times a month... Usually the customer service is over the top, unfortunately when we went the other day the girl that was there jayla, jayda ... was too busy on her phone leaning on the counter to help us so we waited for the other guy Alex to finish and he helped us... He asked her to help us but she didn't seem too interested in us just her phone.... Love this store but may have to only go when we can be helped... Thanks Alex for helping us.... Should definitely hire more people like him and not her...

Smoke Rings in Burlington NC is the best! I am always greeted with a friendly hello. The staff makes you feel like one of the family. I have never had a bad experience at Smoke Rings. Doug is always awesome!! His suggestions have always been right! He takes his time to help you get exactly what you are looking for. I just met Skylar yesterday and she was very helpful also! Doug and Skylar both made my day!! Thank you Smoke Rings for your awesome selection but most of all your excellent customer service!! Keep up the great work, Doug and Skylar!!!
