The employees here are so awesome, more specifically Damien and Jeremy. My phone took about 3 hours to transfer information and not only were they both the nicest (and funniest) people while I was there, they were patient and i never once felt rushed or as if i was holding them up. Damien went beyond what most people would’ve probably done helping me with my phone and making sure i was able to take it home with me that night, even if it meant him being at the store after hours. Super thankful for these guys!

I went to Verizon the other week because my wife needed a new phone because the lcd screen was going bad and I just wanted to say…. DAMIEN he is amazing I went in and got 2 new iPhone 14s and and iPad no struggle no hassle easy peasy. He got me amazing deals on everything and my bill got dropped down tremendously.. So if you’re in the market for any kind of cellular devices or any accessories for them he is your man and I promise he will take care of you! Job well done my guy!

They are superb. If you choose not to wear a muzzle, they are fine with it. They don't treat you like you like a Leper. They wear their masks (only because of company law) but you are not forced to demean yourself. Plus you aren't forced to try to converse behind a bullet proof spit shield. They were very obliging.
My wife passed March 28th. Called Verizon and explained so that happened with her family making me unable too get her phone back. Reported it stolen and cancelled service to that phone and get son's phone I let him use. No problems. Not sure if your in the same boat but if you get the right person they can and will help anyway they can.
Careful they'll talk you into buying something new instead. Their rather persuasive
